Naoumidi family, aiming at highlighting and promoting genuine Florinis pepper, produces handmade innovative products, which have been exclusively using the local varieties of Florinis Peppers as a raw material. In Agios Panteleimonas of Florina Prefecture, at an altitude of 600 metres, they cultivate the famed Florinis Red Peppers on their farm at an especially dry micro-climate, which afterwards they process and Pack in their stone-built unit, a living example of a harmonious combination of traditional architecture and modern facility. Moreover, to ensure the quality and authenticity of the variety concerned, they maintain their own seed bed. The seeds come from dried peppers of the previous harvest.
